MLM training online

When we look at the Network Marketing system we see a business model that has the makings to create a nice flow of residual cheques without the hassles of a brick and mortar business.  Sure you will need to work hard at it but at the end of the day it’s achievable.  Lots of networking companies out there offer fantastic products and an attractive payout plan that offer some considerable leverage.  Why is it that so many people don’t make a dime and we see silly statistics like an average distributor life time of 1-3 months?

I have spoken to many people involved in this industry over the last few months and those that have failed have all said they consider their failure is down to lack of training and support from their upline.  Many said that the training they got consisted of being told ‘oh make a list of your friends and family and sell the business to them’ or ‘leave your business cards on car windscreens, thorough doors, in phone booths’ etc..

In the modern world this won’t really cut it, there are hundreds if not thousands of opportunities and there is always someone around the corner trying to sell us something, so as a society we have built up a resistance to the common sales pitch.  Many have found out that the traditional recruiting methods are not really that effective in building a great team of individuals in our business.  I experienced all this in my early days as a MLM rookie.

I decided to start marketing my business online and thats when I really started to see some big results whilst also carrying on with my offline efforts, I found that they both complimented each other well.  I bought Mike Dillards ‘Magnetic Sponsoring’ which teaches the attraction marketing methods, this is absolute gold and a must have for any Network Marketer.  Since adopting this mindset and way of doing business things have been very different, I highly endorse that you research Mike Dillard!

To maximise your profits in your business you must be making full use of the power of the internet, it’s really not that difficult when you get the hang of it.  Something vital to your success online is that you brand yourself, people want to do business with someone they know and trust.  Offer value to people in the form of information and education, connect with people using the social networking sites, videos and articles are very important techniques to use.  These are all methods that will get the word out about you and what you can offer.

If you are giving out some real value to your prospects then you will get far better results than just pitching your company.  Everyone has seen one of those before and they just don’t cut it, lots and lots of people are already blasting the net with these sort of websites promoting links to a standard company website that purports to be the the only system that works

By being someone that offers value and worth you will become attractive, people will become curious about you and ultimately want to do business with you your organisation.  It is human nature that people will prefer to do business with those they know and trust.  Your prospects are looking for a coach and mentor, if you allow it and get into the right mindset and educate yourself, you can become that leader.  Those that will be leaders are the one’s who will be at the top in this industry, make sure you are one of them and make sure that you are utilising a network marketing system that will recruit and prepare your prospects in the most effective way achievable!
